Terry began her career as the executive director of a non-profit organization before Cendant recruited her to take on a global leadership role where she joyfully designed new products, expanded the business into new markets and grew client loyalties for 18 years. Terry’s executive management experience inspired her to obtain her Master’s degree in global leadership and eventually leave her business career to work full-time in leadership development and talent management. 

Terry led the Leadership and Talent Practice at Aperian Global prior to joining Citi where she worked in Executive Learning before becoming the Global Head of Talent Management.

Terry is known for her straightforward approach to working with executive leaders and their teams to bring about enterprise-wide change and effectively transform organizations, hearts and minds.

A natural systems thinker and inspirational leader, Terry’s compassion, humor and hard-nosed business acumen enable leaders to find sustainable solutions, identify opportunities and realize potential.

Terry has a Master’s of Arts Degree in Global Leadership and Intercultural Relations from University of the Pacific and a Bachelor’s of Science from Oregon State. She is the co-author of a booked entitled What is Global Leadership? (Nicholas Brealey Publishing) and holds certifications from INSEAD, Hogan Personality Inventories and Six Sigma.
